Connect Central 

ConnectCentral th-jpgJoin us every Wednesday at 2pm under the church tower for a small group Bible study, and on the first Wednesday of the month for our central church prayer meeting.
Everyone welcome.

Crafts2share Group

at Cromer Parish Church and St Martin's Crafts2Share logo

We are a group of people who use our God given talents to make gifts and cards to give away to people.
Members value the support and friendship that Crafts2share offers us all.
Our aims are based on 1 Peter 4:10 -

  • To use the gifts that we have been given in our Christian service to others
  • To make handcrafted gifts and cards to give away to people

Who can come to the group?

  • People who already enjoy doing crafts or those who would like to learn a craft
  • Men and women, members of the church and the community

Or ...  you can make crafts at home without coming to meetings!
We are always grateful for donations of wool, fabric, ribbon and threads and very happy to receive any unwanted craft items if you are having a spring clean!

Women's Events

Monday 8th August - 2.5 mile walk at Southrepps
10.30am start. Meet at the parking area opposite Antingham and Southrepps School (NR11 8UG). 
Includes the boardwalk over the common nature reserve. Some road walking and uneven paths through woodland. 
If you can offer a lift, or need one, please let Brenda Stibbons know.
Dress for the weather with appropriate footwear and bring a bottle of water.

Wednesday 7th September 2 mile walk at Felbrigg lake and Church
10.30am start. Meet near car park outside the entrance to the walled garden.
There is a £5 charge for the car park, National Trust members are free.
Refreshments available afterwards at NT coffee shop.
If you can offer a lift, or need one, please let Brenda Stibbons know.
Dress for the weather with appropriate footwear and bring a bottle of water.

Blokes' Brekkies

Blokesbrekkies-logoAdvance notice of the next brekky on Saturday 17th September. 
Ian Richardson will be sharing how being a Christian can make a positive difference for good in a working environment. He will draw on his many years experience working for Sanders Coaches.

A warm welcome is extended to all men, but please let John Graveling know if you intend coming so that we can plan approximately how many to cater for.

The Bean Baker Band in Concert

Saturday 3rd September at Cromer Parish Hall (opposite Boots),BeanBaker-sm-jpg

Live music with Christian artist Bean Baker and his band sharing their life stories.
”These are a bunch of people who know they are ordinary men and women who get to walk with an extraordinary God.”
Admission free (donations welcome).

Meeting Point

Meeting point 'crayon' peopleMeeting Point is a group for adults at risk to socialise and have fun. It offers a safe place and a programme of fun activities for members of our church family and our local community who have learning difficulties.
Carers are welcome to come along and join in the fun!
Meetings are held on Tuesday evenings in the Parish Hall from 6.30pm.

Hitchin Concert Band Silver Anniversary Tour Concert

A family concert, with all ticket money kindly being donated by the band to Cromer Church.
Friday 19th August, 7.45pm in Cromer Parish Church.
Entrance £8 on the door (accompanied children free).
Programme to include classical favourites, music from movies and shows, and popular tunes. Conducted by Alison Eales. Interval refreshments available.

Fund Raiser Coffee 'Morning' in aid of Cancer Care Unit

You are invited to a fund raiser coffee 'morning' on Friday 9th September between 10am and 4pm at 65 Runton Road. All donations will go to the Cancer Care Unit at Cromer Hospital.
